Position Summary

The primary objective as a RBL is to grow sales and market share in Mexico in Automation and Software Business, also is responsable to take care of the Architecture and Software Business inMexico consider to help theextended team across the different territories: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City and Southern Region tpo grow the A&S Business.

It must be an engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and technical sales preference in Automation Business , who has experience in management people indirectly and that can help us to develop and continue to grow the automation and software business in Mexico, who can develop a strategy plan to grow 10 Business Units and manage them, develop and execute through the Domain Experts the commercial programs, who has experience in the launching of new products and that help our channel to develop their skills and Knowledge and grow the business via amplification.

He will also be responsible to help the Corporate Sales Engineers, as a Domain Expert to position our A&S Solution of 4 Major Corporate accounts (i.e. Bimbo, Femsa, Axalta, P&G) that have plenty influence across those organizations in the Automation departments.View More

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales target through the maximization of business opportunities at the specified accounts in the given Industry
