JOB SUMMARY


Primary project coordination contact for the quality organization.

Provide project coordination support for the quality organization to facilitate Field Service Engineer site visits, product analysis requests, shipping and part disposition logistics. Project coordinator will also help to provide guidance on quality related processes and procedures to field personnel, and help provide communication between the field and quality organization.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • FSE site visits:

    • Coordinating ensuring parts are on site

    • Working with distributors and field resources to gather logistics information for site visit

    • Working with internal Rockwell resources to obtain scope of work of site visit

    • Entering the field service visit approval request into online system

    • Contact dispatch to coordinate a field service engineer visit

    • Enter ticket into SAP to track progress, update ticket notes

    • Communicating and providing status updates to the field

    • Obtaining site visit report from FSE and relaying back to internal Rockwell resources

  • Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA):

    • Work with the field (sales account managers and distributors) to ensure completion of analysis request form when product is requested to be returned for root cause failure analysis

    • Answer process related questions

    • Submit form to customer care and work with customer care to provide shipping instructions to field

    • Work with customer care on repair/exchange/consumable disposition of parts

    • Look up customer information in SAP

    • Track and work with distributors on parts return

    • Respond to status update requests

    • Updating ticket notes in SAP

    • Resolve process discrepancies

  • Pull and consolidate customer history information from SAP and various Rockwell systems

  • Pull information from power BI for reporting
